Dayspring Lending LLC is a Washington-state licensed private lending consultant and broker (NMLS# 77201). We connect borrowers with independent third-party private lenders who may offer flexible private loans for real estate projects, including fix-and-flips, raw land, mobile homes, ranches, and other non-traditional properties. We are not a direct lender, bank, mortgage lender, or government-backed institution. We do not originate, fund, service, or underwrite loans ourselves.

All loans are made by third-party lenders and are subject to:

• Credit approval

• Property evaluation/appraisal

• Lender-specific requirements and underwriting

• Applicable laws and regulations

Rates, terms, fees, and availability vary based on individual circumstances, property type, market conditions, and the chosen lender. We make no guarantees of approval, funding, specific rates, or terms. 2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYSPrING LENDING AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to bring claims only on an individual basis (no class actions).

12. Miscellaneous

• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
