1. Our Role and Services

Dayspring Lending LLC is a Washington-state licensed private lending consultant and broker (NMLS# 77201). We connect borrowers with independent third-party private lenders who may offer flexible private loans for real estate projects, including fix-and-flips, raw land, mobile homes, ranches, and other non-traditional properties. We are not a direct lender, bank, mortgage lender, or government-backed institution. We do not originate, fund, service, or underwrite loans ourselves.

All loans are made by third-party lenders and are subject to:

  • Credit approval

  • Property evaluation/appraisal

  • Lender-specific requirements and underwriting

  • Applicable laws and regulations

Rates, terms, fees, and availability vary based on individual circumstances, property type, market conditions, and the chosen lender. We make no guarantees of approval, funding, specific rates, or terms. Any information on the Site (including Loan Estimator results) is for illustrative and educational purposes only and does not constitute a loan commitment, offer, or financial advice.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAYSPrING LENDING AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising under these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington (venue in the county of our principal place of business).

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to bring claims only on an individual basis (no class actions).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

12. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site (supplementing any specific loan-related agreements with third-party lenders).

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

  • Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

  • We may assign our rights and obligations.

  • No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship is created.
